摘要

设备的腐蚀问题是影响炼化装置长周期运行的重要因素,宁夏石化公司在调研炼化企业腐蚀管理及信息化技术应用的基础上,根据炼油厂设备的腐蚀机理、腐蚀管理技术现状和发展趋势,建立了不同系统的腐蚀监测数据模型,结合企业实际生产特点,进行了多源数据处理技术、基于矢量图的腐蚀回路构建、定点测厚数据管理模型等研究,结合炼化板块和公司设备腐蚀管理要求,开发了腐蚀监控和综合决策的信息化管控平台,实现了工艺防腐蚀"腐蚀监测→腐蚀诊断分析→腐蚀决策支持"、设备防腐和工艺防腐的一体信息化管理.

Abstract

Equipment corrosion is a significant factor affecting the long-term operation of refining and chemical units.Ningxia petrochemical company,based on a survey of corrosion management and the application of information technology in refining enterprises.Based on the corrosion mechanism of refinery equipment,the current status and development trend of corrosion management technology has established corrosion monitoring data models for dif-ferent systems.In line with the actual production characteristics of the enterprise,the com-pany has conducted research on multi-source data processing technology,construction of corrosion circuits based on vector graphics,and management models for fixed-point thick-ness measurement data.In conjunction with the requirements for equipment corrosion man-agement in the refining and chemical sector and the company,an information management platform for corrosion monitoring and comprehensive decision-making has been developed.This platform achieves an integrated information management for process anti-corrosion,en-compassing"corrosion monitoring→corrosion diagnostic analysis→corrosion decision sup-port",as well as equipment and process anti-corrosion measures.
