微通道连续流制备2-氯-5-甲基吡啶的工艺研究

利用微通道连续流技术制备 2-氯-5-甲基吡啶的工艺研究,在以固体光气为氯化剂,氯化剂与 3-甲基吡啶氧化物混合摩尔比为 1.2∶1.0,反应温度为 20℃,成盐反应停留时间为 15s下得到成盐液,随后升温至 30℃,通入氯化氢气体至体系压力为 0.6 MPa,氯化反应停留时间为 180 s,2-氯-5-甲基吡啶收率最高为 93.6%,与釜式反应相比,3-甲基吡啶氧化物转化率提高了 6.2%,2-氯-5-甲基吡啶的收率提高了 8.8%,反应总时长缩短至 195 s,体现了微通道连续流反应器优良的传质传热特点,缩短了反应时间,提高了反应效率.
Process study on the preparation of 2-chloro-5-methylpyridine by microchannel continuous flow
The study on the process of preparing 2-chloro-5-methylpyridine using mi-crochannel continuous flow technology,with solid phosgene as the chlorinating agent,the molar ratio of chlorinating agent to 3-methylpyridine oxide was 1.2∶1.0,the reaction temper-ature was 20℃,the salt-forming reaction residence time was 15 s,the salt solution was ob-tained,then the temperature was raised to 30℃,chlorine gas was introduced until the sys-tem pressure was 0.6 MPa,the chlorination reaction residence time was 180 s,the yield of 2-chloro-5-methylpyridine was highest at 93.6%.The conversion rate of 3-methylpyridine oxide was increased by 6.2%compared with the reactor reaction,the yield of 2-chloro-5-methylpyridine was increased by 8.8%,the total reaction time was shortened to 195 s,which demonstrated the excellent mass transfer and heat transfer characteristics of the microchan-nel continuous flow reactor,shortened the reaction time,and improved the reaction efficiency.
