采用微反应器合成邻二甲苯的最佳工艺为:混酸组成m 硫酸∶m 硝酸∶m 水=2.07∶1.00∶0.89,n 硝酸∶n 邻二甲苯为 1.2∶1.0,体系温度 40℃,反应时间 60 min,邻二甲苯的转化率达到 99.0%以上,杂质含量为 3.91%,低于市场工艺.
A process study of o-xylene nitration
The optimal process for the synthesis of o-xylene using a microreactor was as fol-lows,the mixed acid was msulfuric acid∶mnitric acid∶mwater=2.07∶1.00∶0.89,nnitric acid∶no-xylene was 1.2∶1.0,the system temperature was 40℃,and the reaction time was 60 min.The conversion rate of o-xylene was more than 99.0%,and the impurity content was 3.91%,which was lower than the market process.
