Research progress of ultrasonic collaborative treatment of oil-bearing wastewater from oil and gas fields
Oil-bearing wastewater in oil and gas fields is a multiphase complex system, which is usually composed of solid impurities, soluble gases, inorganic salts, polycyclic aro-matic hydrocarbons, microorganisms and other substances. The traditional wastewater treat-ment technology can not meet the increasingly strict environmental standards.Because ultra-sonic technology has the characteristics of producing hole effect and generating·OH,it can effectively reduce COD content in wastewater and improve the efficiency of oil removal and viscosity reduction in water. Therefore, ultrasonic and conventional wastewater treatment technologies are often used for further treatment of oily wastewater.Based on relevant litera-ture in recent years, this paper first introduces the relevant research on ultrasonic treatment technology alone, focuses on the effects of ultrasonic-gas flotation,ultrasonic-biological method,ultrasonic-ozone method and other combined processes in wastewater treatment, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different collaborative treatment technolo-gies.Finally,the shortcomings and improvement suggestions of ultrasonic collaborative treat-ment technology in oil-bearing wastewater field are analyzed and discussed,in order to pro-vide reference and research ideas for the development of ultrasonic collaborative treatment technology in oil and gas fields.
