Water control fracturing technology and application in old offshore oilfields
The artificial injection water, the coning of edge and bottom water, and the"ad-vanced"flow of water in the old oilfield have squeezed the oil circulation channel and seri-ously affected the productivity of oil and gas wells. The increase of water content has become the main contradiction in development and exploitation. At present, the commonly used water control technology often focuses on finding water, plugging water and sticking water in the wellbore. It is a passive water control method, and it is difficult to find water in horizontal wells, and it is more difficult to accurately plug water. Moreover, this method is more effec-tive in the low water cut stage. In the middle and high water cut stage, the validity period will be shorter and shorter. The conventional fracturing process may crush the water layer and increase the risk of high water cut after fracturing. In order to solve this problem, the"fine layered hydraulic fracturing control technology in old oilfields"is proposed.By combining drilling time and logging total hydrocarbon,a set of sweet spot prediction method for geological engineering of offshore low permeability reservoir is formed, which re-alizes the identification of reservoir longitudinal sweet spot and the division of fracturing horizon.Through the optimization design of pipe string, the mechanical hard stratification technology based on packer+bridge plug stratification is formed.Aiming at the high water cut reservoir in the old oilfield,a set of controlled water fracturing technology is formed to realize the development of controlled water fracturing in the old oilfield. The fine layered water control fracturing technology in the old oilfield has realized the effective transformation of the vertical reservoir. The technology has been applied to 14 wells in the field, and the effect of increasing production is remarkable, which provides technical support for the effec-tive development of high water cut reservoirs in the old offshore oilfield.
