高铁酸盐的制备工艺研究及表征

采用次氯酸盐氧化法建立了高铁酸盐的制备工艺,探讨了铁盐种类、反应时间、反应温度、原料配比、补加碱量对制备高铁酸盐产率和纯度的影响.结果表明:采用Fe(NO3)3 作为铁盐,在反应温度 20℃、反应时间为 75 min、Fe3+和NaClO摩尔比为 0.2∶1.0 的条件下,高铁酸盐的产率和纯度分别为 38.2%和 88.7%,补加碱量对高铁酸盐产率和纯度没有明显影响.采用紫外-可见吸收光谱和红外光谱等分析手段对产物进行表征,结果表明该产物是目标物-高铁酸钾.
Study on preparation technology and characterization of ferrate
The process of ferrate preparation was established by hypochlorite oxidation.The effects of ferrate type,reaction time,reaction temperature,raw material ratio and alkali addi-tion on the yield and purity of ferrate preparation were discussed.The results show that the yield and purity of ferrate are 38.2%and 88.7%,respectively,when the reaction temperature is 20℃,the reaction time is 75 min,and the molar ratio of Fe3+to NaClO is 0.2∶1.0.The addition of base has no obvious effect on the yield and purity of ferrate.The product was characterized by UV-VIS absorption spectrum and infrared spectrum.The results showed that the product was potassium ferrate.
