Experimental study on recycling and utilization of imidacloprid wastewater
Imidacloprid low-salt wastewater was taken from production, pretreated by elec-trodialysis,and distilled under negative pressure, ethanol was used to dissolve the kettle residual in a mass ratio of 1.0 at 65℃for 1 h.After solution crystallized by step cooling, washed and dried, the recovery rate of N-Nitroiminoimidazolidine was over 95.00%and the recovered N-Nitroiminoimidazolidine over 97.00%.The N,N-dimethylformamide and wastew-ater recycling can discharge zero waste.Considering the safety of alcohol mother liquor re-covery during the reaction process,a thermal stability test was conduceted for the ethanol mother liquor dedissolving tower reactor material. The report showed that the ethanol mother liquor dedissolving tower reactor material had thermal instability, and the maximum reaction rate of thermal decomposition was 8 h.The corresponding temperature TD8 was 116℃and TD24 was 97℃.The alcohol mother liquor was recovered by distillation under 90℃water bath, and the ethanol recovery rate was over 95%.
