Cognitive analysis and exploration of coking wastewater quality
Taking more than 40 coking wastewater treatment projects operated and main-tained by Hebei collaborative water treatment technology Co.,Ltd.as an example, based on the water quality analysis and testing data accumulated in the project"integrated research, development and application of coking wastewater near zero discharge technology"of Hebei provincial department of science and technology, this paper focuses on the changes in the biochemical and post-treatment processes of some characteristic pollutants of coking wastew-ater,such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, benzo[a]pyrene, benzene series, and pyridine. At the same time, the data is summarized and analyzed, and the range of each pollutant in different water quality stages is provided. Some cases of biochemical system impact caused by coking wastewater quality were listed, providing important reference basis for the normal op-eration of the biochemical system. At the same time,an analysis was conducted on the diffi-culty of achieving the standard for multiple projects of post mixed benzo[a]pyrene. It was found that the removal rate of benzo[a]pyrene was mainly high in the biochemical stage.By controlling the influent index and adjusting the post mixed dosage reasonably, stable compli-ance was ultimately achieved. Finally, two cases of abnormal scaling treatment using mem-brane method in the reclaimed water reuse section were analyzed, providing guidance and ideas for controlling key water quality indicators in the reclaimed water reuse section.
