This paper introduces the importance of the synthesis process of vitamin C from 2-keto-L-gulonic acid in vitamin C production,reviews existing synthesis processes,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each production process,providing a basis and reference for optimizing vitamin C production processes.
