靖边气田增压模式下脱水工艺优化研究

随着靖边气田增压开采工程逐步实施,集气站系统压力降低,生产工况与脱水工艺的设计工况出现偏离,可能导致产品天然气水露点无法达标.基于对增压生产模式下脱水工艺适应性的分析,确定影响脱水装置产品天然气水露点的主要原因,通过配套降低闪蒸罐压力、降低循环泵运行摩擦阻力、增设气气换热器降低压缩机排气温度等调控措施,实现了脱水撬低压运行,保障了产品天然气水露点合格,对于指导靖边气田增压开采地面工艺配套完善、优化具有借鉴意义.
Study on the optimization of dehydration technology under pressure boost mode in Jingbian gasfield
With the gradual implementation of the boosting production project in Jingbian gasfield,the pressure of gas gathering station has reduced.The deviation between production conditions and design conditions of dehydration process may cause the natural gas water dew point unable reach the standard.Centering about the analysis of the adaptability of dehydra-tion process under boosting production mode,the main reasons that affect the natural gas water dew point of dehydration unit products have been identified.Through reducing the pressure of the flash tank and the frictional resistance of circulating pump operation,adding a gas heat exchanger to reduce the discharge temperature of the compressor et al,low-pres-sure operation of the dehydration sled is achieved,the natural gas water dew point is reached the standard,which has reference significance for guiding the improvement and optimization of surface technology supporting the pressurized production of Jingbian gasfield.
