姬塬油田G区块属于典型特低渗透油藏,在注水开发过程中,含水率上升速度加快,产量递减增大,水驱不均矛盾突出.聚合物微球初始粒径小,注入性和运移性良好,微球颗粒注入地层后水化膨胀封堵优势水驱通道,达到改善水驱效果的目的.2018-2021 年,G区块连续实施聚合物微球调驱,注入压力由 14.9 MPa上升至 17.4 MPa,平均每年压力上升0.8 MPa.对比典型井调驱前后压降曲线、视吸水指示曲线、吸水剖面,均表明聚合物微球对优势水驱通道产生了封堵,调驱后吸水改善,水驱波及体积扩大.实施区月度递减由 1.25%下降至-0.17%,含水率上升率由 3.3%下降至2.5%,水驱开发效果明显变好.
Evaluation of polymer microsphere profile control and flooding effect in G block of Jiyuan oilfield
G block of Jiyuan oilfield is a typical ultra-low permeability reservoir.In the process of water injection development,the water cut rise speed is accelerated,the produc-tion decline is increased,and the uneven water drive contradiction is prominent.The initial particle size of polymer microspheres is small,and the injectability and migration are good.After the microspheres are injected into the formation,the hydration expansion blocks the dominant water drive channel,so as to improve the water drive effect.From 2018 to 2021,G block continuously implemented polymer microsphere profile control and flooding,and the injection pressure increased from 14.9 MPa to 17.4 MPa,with an average annual pressure increase of 0.8 MPa.Comparing the pressure drop curve,water absorption indicator curve and water absorption profile of typical wells before and after profile control and flooding,it shows that the polymer microspheres block the dominant water drive channels,improve water absorption and expand the swept volume of water drive after profile control and flooding.The monthly decline rate in the implementation area decreased from 1.25%to-0.17%,and the water cut increase rate decreased from 3.3%to 2.5%.The water drive development effect has obviously improved.
