Reservoir architecture analysis of wave-dominated sandbar from the second member of Yinggehai formation,Yinggehai Basin
As an important sedimentary type developed in the marine-continental transi-tional sedimentary system, the wave-dominated sandbar is also one of the important reservoir types in the second member of Yinggehai formation in Dongfang gasfield,Yinggehai Basin. In order to support the further rolling development of the Dongfang gasfield,it is urgent to analyze the reservoir architecture of the wave-dominated sandbar developed in the second member of Yinggehai formation. On the basis of previous understanding, this study applied three-dimensional seismic data to analyze the reservoir architecture of the wave-dominated sandbar in the second member of Yinggehai formation. The results show that the wave-domi-nated sandbar include five-level architecture element composite sandbar and four-level ar-chitecture element single sandbar.Among them, the width of the composite sandbar of the five-level architecture element is between 4.0~6.0 km,the thickness is between 30~70 m,and the width-thickness ratio is between 50~160,the width of single sandbar with four-level architecture element is between 0.9~2.0 km,the thickness is between 20~45 m,and the width-thickness ratio is between 30~115,indicating that the width-thickness ratio parame-ters can effectively indicate the development scale of wave-dominated sandbar. At the same time, the plane distribution of architecture elements at all levels reveals that the sediment is transported from the west to the east through the distributary channel to form a wave-domi-nated sandbar, and under the influence of the later muddy channel and wave action, the wave-dominated sandbar presents a north-south strip distribution.
