摘要

针对渤海某终端处理厂胺液再生泡沫的特点,开展了室内药剂筛选工作,并进行了现场试验.试验结果表明,筛选出的聚醚-聚醚改性硅油类消泡剂X-25 相比在用的乳液型消泡剂更适用于终端处理厂胺液处理.相比在用药剂,X-25具有黏度低、可直接加注的特点.具有更优异的消抑泡性能,推荐加注浓度为 20 mg/L,可采用连续加注方式也可采用冲击加注,相比在用药剂大大减轻了现场操作的工作量,具有良好的推广应用前景.

Abstract

In view of the characteristics of amine solution regenerated foam in a terminal treatment plant in Bohai Sea,laboratory reagent screening work was carried out and field tests were carried out.The results show that the selected polyether-polyether modified sili-cone oil defoamer X-25 is more suitable for amine solution treatment in a terminal treatment plant in Bohai Sea than the emulsion defoamer in use.Compared with in-use reagents,X-25 with low viscosity,can be directly injected characteristics.The recommended dosing concen-tration is 20 mg/L,which can be used as continuous dosing or impact dosing.Compared with in-use dosing,it can greatly reduce the workload of field operation,it has a good prospect of popularization and application.
