正宁油田注水与地层水配伍性分析及防垢技术研究

在对正宁油田长 2、长 8 地层水以及宁一站直罗组注水进行水质分析的基础上,进行单一水样和混合水样的结垢趋势预测,结合静态配伍实验可知:采出水均为含有成垢离子的CaCl2 水型,易生成CaCO3;直罗组注水与长 8 地层水、长 2 与长 8地层水按照不同比例混合后,均产生了CaCO3 垢和CaSO4 垢,且结垢物以CaCO3 垢为主;直罗组注水与长 2 地层水混合后有较少的CaCO3 垢产生,无CaSO4 垢.针对长 8、长 2、直罗组注水两两混输下的CaCO3 和CaSO4 结垢问题,本文选择了聚羧酸盐类CQ-ZG02、有机磷酸盐类ZG-558、HZG-05 三种阻垢剂,对其进行阻垢效果的测试,最后优选了阻垢率均大于80.00%的阻垢剂HZG-05,综合来看,HZG-05 在三种水样混合的情况下,起到了更好的阻垢效果.
Analysis of water injection and formation water compatibility and anti-scale technology research in Zhengning oilfield
On the basis of the water quality analysis of the Chang 2 and Chang 8 formation water in Zhengning oilfield and the water injection of the Zhiluo formation of Ningyi station,the scaling trend of single water samples and mixed water samples was predicted,and the results showed that the produced water was calcium chloride water type containing scale ions,which was easy to generate calcium carbonate.After the water injection of the Zhiluo formation was mixed with the water of Chang 8 formation and the formation water of Chang 2 and Chang 8 according to different proportions,calcium carbonate scale and calcium sul-fate scale were produced,and the scale was mainly calcium carbonate scale.After the water injection of the Zhiluo formation was mixed with the water of the Chang 2 formation,there was less calcium carbonate scale,and there was no calcium sulfate scale.In order to solve the problem of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate scaling under the mixed infusion of water injection in Chang 8,Chang 2 and Zhiluo groups,polycarboxylate antiscalants CQ-ZG02,organophosphate antiscalants ZG-558 and HZG-05 were selected to test their antis-caling effects,and finally antiscalants HZG-05 with descaling rates greater than 80.00%were optimized.In summary,HZG-05 has a better descaling effect when three kinds of wa-ter samples are mixed.
