石油化工安全仪表系统人机接口设计与研究

针对工程设计人员在设计中对人机接口重视不够,影响安全仪表系统可靠性、可用性的问题,对安全仪表系统的操作站、维护旁路开关、操作旁路开关、紧急停车按钮、复位按钮、报警指示灯、辅助操作台等主要人机接口进行了功能分析,对实际工程中存在的问题进行了解析,并给出了推荐方案.经实际工程安装、投产、运行的验证,推荐的设计方案效果良好.
Aiming at the problem that human machine interface has been paid less attention in the design by engineers, which lead to less reliability and usability of safety instrumented system, functions of main human machine interfaces in operation station, maintenance override switch, operational override switch, emergency shut-down button, reset button, alarm lamp and auxiliary consoles in safety instrumented system are analyzed.The existing problems in practical engineering are discussed in detail.The recommended solution is put forward.The practical installation, production and application indicate the solution has good effects.
