摘要

某石化企业内浮顶罐汕气回收装置产生的废气采用"内浮顶罐内置气袋废气减排"技术进行治理,介绍了"内浮顶罐内置气袋废气减排"技术流程,重点阐述了该技术控制方案,通过设置程序对内浮顶罐大呼吸排气过程、大呼吸吸气过程、小呼吸排气过程以及小呼吸吸气过程进行自动化控制,并从安全角度对装置进行了配套设计,确保装置运行过程中的安全性和稳定性.

Abstract

The exhaust gas generated by the oil and gas recovery unit of the inner floating roof tank of a petrochemical enterprise is treated by the technology of"exhaust gas reduction of the inner floating roof tank with air bags".The technological process of the technology is introduced.The control scheme of the technology is stressed.The automatic control of the large breathing exhaust process,large breathing inhalation process,small breathing exhaust process,and small breathing inhalation process of the inner floating roof tank is carried out by setting up a program.From a safety perspective,the matched design for the device is carried out to ensure safety and stability of the installation during the operation.
