Currently,the monitoring systems related to the status of domestic storage tanks and the instrument measurement systems of LNG storage tanks are independently set up and incompatible with each other,and each system operates independently,which cannot provide a more sufficient basis for safe production operation and decision-making.It is proposed to integrate multiple independent monitoring and operation software into one monitoring system software to achieve refined management of LNG storage tanks.The overall design of the integrated monitoring system for LNG storage tanks,as well as the functions of seven subsystems are introduced.By establishing different subsystem model of the integrated monitoring system,the mutual influence and changes between the systems after changes in process conditions are visually displayed,and to achieve rapid analysis and decision-making response of the reasons for abnormal conditions in the tank farm.
