摘要

针对化工行业仪控设备运维工作量大,数据呈"信息孤岛",报警泛滥,数据不能可视化、缺乏集成化管理等问题,以supOS工业互联网平台作为技术底座提出了仪控设备智能化云平台的设计与实现方法,为工业互联网化工行业领域提供了一种创新的解决方案:"工业互联网平台+多个工业APP应用服务"(1+X)模式,即仪控设备的位号管理、报警管理、智能巡检、高频故障统计分析、健康状态可视化等业务应用.通过实际应用表明:该云平台可帮助企业高效和智能地管理仪控设备,降低企业管理成本,提高生产效率.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of much operation and maintenance workload,data as"information islands",alarm flood,un-visualized data,data lack of integrated management and other issues in chemical industry instrumentation and control equipment,based on the supOS industrial Internet platform as a technical base,the design and implementation method for instrumentation and control equipment intelligent cloud platform is proposed,which provides an innovative solution for the field of the industrial Internet of chemical industry.The platform proposes a"1+X"mode design scheme,with an industrial Internet platform and multiple business industrial APP applications service,that is the business application of bit number management,alarm management,intelligent inspection,high frequency fault statistical analysis and healthy condition visualization of instrumentation and control equipment.The actual application shows that the cloud platform can help enterprises manage instrumentation and control equipment efficiently and intelligently,and to reduce enterprise management costs and to improve production efficiency.In the context of the development of industrial Internet.
