页岩油井压裂过程中注入的大量CO2随着原油和天然气生产而分离出来,为了准确了解CO2产出情况,基于红外线气体分析法,研制了 CO2浓度连续监测装置,介绍了该监测装置核心模块,及各部件的技术参数和性能,通过在页岩油井现场应用,实现了页岩油伴生气中φ(CO2)的实时、连续监测.该监测装置检测快速、结果准确、高效,大幅降低人工劳动强度,数据准确性能达到资料录取及生产管理的要求.
Study on Continuous Monitoring Technology for CO2 Concentration of Shale Oil Associated Natural Gas
A large amount of CO2 injected during shale oil well fracturing will be separated with the production of crude oil and natural gas.To accurately understand the CO2 output,a continuous CO2 concentration monitoring device based on infrared gas analysis method has been developed.The core module of the monitoring device,as well as the technical parameters and performance of each component,are introduced.In on-site application,real time and continuous monitoring of CO2 concentration in shale oil associated gas has been achieved.The monitoring device is of the characteristics of fast detection,accurate results,and high efficiency.Manual labor intensity is significantly reduced.The data accuracy performance meets the requirements of data acquisition and production management.
