摘要

介绍了套筒控制阀额定CV值的定义,对缩腔型套筒阀的额定CV值数模计算分析进行了重点介绍.经过CFD流体分析、实验室流量测试和数模理论计算,比较了部分缩腔型和全腔型套筒阀产品的流通能力,发现阀芯尺寸相同但阀门口径不同的套筒阀,大口径缩腔型的流通能力优于小口径全腔型,在选择某些缩腔型套筒阀产品时,应注意产品CV值计算选型误区,避免选择相对开度偏小的控制阀.

Abstract

The definition of rated Cv value of Port Sleeve control valve is introduced.Mathematical mode calculation analysis of rated Cv value for reduced port sleeve valve is introduced with emphasis.After CFD fluid analysis,laboratory flow testing and numerical simulation theory calculations,the flow capacities of partial reduced port sleeve valve and full port sleeve valve are compared.It is found that for port sleeve valves with the same valve core size but different valve diameters,the flow capacity of the large reduced port sleeve valve is superior to that of the small full port sleeve valve.When selecting some reduced port sleeve valve,attention should be paid to the misunderstanding range in Cv calculation.It is to avoid selecting control valves with too small relative opening aperture.
