Evaluation of Uncertainty in Verification Results of Scraper Flowmeter
The scraper flowmeter is one of the metering instruments which are often used in crude oil dynamic transportation,and its measuring performance and accuracy will directly affect the economic interests of both sides of the crude oil trade.The verification principle of the scraper flowmeter is introduced.The source of measurement uncertainty is determined according to the theoretical calculation formula of the standard volumetric tube online verification of the scraper flowmeter.The analysis and evaluation of the uncertainty are carried out through calculation of the weight of the uncertainty.The factors affecting the calibration of the scraper flowmeter are conducted according to the contributed results of the uncertainty to the synthesized uncertainty.The corresponding reasonable solutions and suggestions are puts forward.
