基于云平台的压裂车在线监测系统研发与应用

利用压裂车进行储层改造是解放油气藏的决定性手段,但其信息化水平普遍处于初级阶段,运维效率难以提升.基于云平台技术开发了一套压裂车运行状态在线监测系统,从功能规划、数据流方案介绍了该系统的总体架构,从硬件和软件方面介绍了该系统的数据采集设计方案.通过对PLC数据故障、振动故障、视频信号故障等的分析诊断,介绍该系统的故障诊断研发思路,并分析了现场试验情况.结果表明:该系统各项性能指标满足压裂车信息化作业需求,具备压裂泵液力端等关键部件故障辅助诊断能力,有助于保障国内页岩气安全、高效开发.
Development and Application of Online Monitoring System for Fracturing Truck Based on Cloud Platform
The usage of fracturing truck for reservoir improvement is a decisive means of liberating oil and gas reservoirs,but its informationization is generally in the early stage,operation and maintenance efficiency are very difficult to be improved.An online monitoring system for the operation status of a fracturing truck based on cloud platform technology is developed.The overall architecture of the system is introduced from the aspect of function program and data stream plan.The data collection design scheme of the system is introduced from the aspect of hardware and software,the research and development thoughts for fault diagnosis of the system is introduced through the analysis and diagnosis for PLC data,vibration and video signals,on-site testing result is also analyzed.The conclusion indicates that all the performance indicators of the system meet the requirements of fracturing truck informatization operation,and it has the ability to assist in diagnosing key components such as hydraulic end of fracturing pumps.It helps to ensure the safe and efficient development of shale gas in China.
