摘要
化工厂安全仪表系统在项目投入使用前,必须进行安全完整性等级(SIL)验证工作,以此来验证安全仪表功能是否达到设计的风险降低要求.以某化工厂安全仪表系统SIL验证为例,研究SIL验证在工程中的应用,包括验证的步骤、方法;并讨论检验测试覆盖率(CTI)、检验测试间隔(TI)等参数对验证结果的影响,通过合理地调整这些参数可以使验证结果得到优化.
Abstract
To verify whether safety instrumented function can meet the risk reduction requirement or not,the safety instrumented system of a chemical plant must undergo safety integrity level(SIL)verification before the project is put into use.Taking the SIL verification of a chemical plant safety instrumented system as an example,the application of SIL verification in engineering is studied,including the steps and methods of verification.The impact of parameters such as inspection test coverage(CTI)and inspection test interval(TI)on the results are discussed.The verified results can be optimized through reasonably adjusting these parameters.
