基于HAZOP/LOPA/SIL分析的天然气站场风险评价技术研究

为分析天然气站场安全仪表系统(SIS)的功能完整性和可靠性,以典型站场为例,在统计停车原因的基础上,全面开展危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)、保护层分析(LOPA)和安全完整性等级(SIL)验证工作,通过HAZOP/LOPA分析进行SIF辨识和SIL定级,通过SIL分析完成SIL验证.结果表明:站场停车故障原因的统计结果符合浴盆曲线,在稳定运行阶段,设备故障、联锁停车的原因占比确高达66.7%,说明装置在长时间运行的过程中存在较多风险问题;站内脱硫再生塔液位联锁回路的SIL定级和验证结果一致,说明新增SIF回路可以满足风险降低要求;建议选用带有功能安全认证的设备组件,确保站场工艺流程处于可靠状态.
Study on Risk Assessment Technology of Natural Gas Purification Plant Based on HAZOP/LOPA/SIL Analysis
In order to analyze the functional integrity and reliability of safety instrumented system of natural gas purification plant,HAZOP,LOPA and SIL verification are carried out comprehensively on the basis of statistical reasons for parking at typical stations.SIF identification and SIL grading are carried out by HAZOP/LOPA analysis,and SIL verification is completed by SIL analysis.The results show,in the stable operation stage,the causes of equipment failure and interlock parking are as high as 66.7%,indicating that there are many risks in the process of long-term operation of the device.The SIL grading of the liquid level interlock loop of the desulfurization regenerator in the station is consistent with the verification results,indicating that the new SIF loop can meet the risk reduction requirements.It is recommended to select equipment components with functional safety certification to ensure the station process is in a reliable state.
