摘要
炼油化工装置工艺复杂,生产介质易燃、易爆、有毒.利用现有的风险评估技术及数智化技术融合双重预防体系与数字化手段,开发了炼油化工企业双重预防数智化管控平台.从双重预防体系技术流程、风险分级管控、隐患排查治理等方面介绍了企业双重预防理论体系,通过分析平台架构,介绍了该平台主要功能.实际运行效果表明:该平台使炼油化工等危化品企业安全管理工作更加有效、准确、可控,推动了危险化学品企业向安全生产风险管控数字化、智能化转型.
Abstract
Process of petrochemical installation is complex,and production medium is inflammable,explosive,and toxic.Based on current risk assessment technology and digital intelligent technology,integrated with dual prevention system and digital mean,a dual prevention digital intelligent management and control platform for refining and chemical enterprises has been developed.Enterprise dual prevention theoretical system is expounded for the aspects of dual prevention system technological procedure,risk classification management,and control and troubleshooting and treatment.Through platform frame analysis,the main function for the platform is introduced.The actual operation effect shows that the platform makes the safety management of hazardous chemical enterprises more effective,accurate and controllable.It promotes the digital and intelligent transformation of hazardous chemical enterprises to safety production risk management and control.
