Implementing Big Data Customer Profile Analysis Based on ClickHouse Database
Taking the petroleum sales industry as a case,traditional customer profile analysis methods is inefficient and processing process is complex during data storage and calculation.An efficient and accurate customer profile analysis method of ClickHouse columnar storage database is proposed.The advantages of the database,and data collection and cleaning,storage and management,analysis and computation,as well as fine-tuned marketing application are introduced.Focusing on the basic attributes and transaction behaviors of customer groups,different category labels are designed across multiple dimensions,the combination of conditional labels are applied to rapidly and accurately screen out specific customer groups.The practical application shows the database can provide a basis and support for fine-tuned marketing and personalized services.
