故障分析思维导图在仪表故障分析中的应用

采用常规故障分析法分析仪表出现的故障时,所发现的故障不能够被全面、准确地处理.提出了一种基于思维导图结合八何分析法推导出的故障分析思维导图法,介绍了构成故障分析思维导图的八个要素及故障分析流程.结合实际案例,对比分析了传统故障分析方法与故障分析思维导图在分析处理仪表故障时的方案.应用表明:故障分析思维导图相较于"五个回归"溯源分析法和因果图法可以发挥联想和逻辑思维的特性,为专业技术人员提供了一种便捷、全面、深层次的分析方法.
Application of Fault Analysis Mind Map in Instrument Fault Analysis
The fault can't be dealt comprehensively and accurately when using conventional fault analysis method to analyze instrument fault.A fault analysis map based on mind map combined with eight-ho analysis method is presented.The eight elements of fault analysis mind map and the process of fault analysis are introduced.Combined with actual case,the scheme of the traditional fault analysis method and the fault analysis mind map are compared during dealing the instrument fault.Actual application indicates that fault analysis mind map can give full play to the characteristics of association and logical thinking compared with"five regressions"traceability analysis method and cause-and-effect graph method.It provides a convenient,comprehensive and deep analysis method for professional and technical personnel.
