介绍了石油化工装置控制室设计过程中各专业需要关注的主要方向和重点问题,详述了各设计阶段的主要任务,提出了控制室的分区要求和设计原则.结合当前控制室具备的生产调度、数据分析、现场监视、报警及应急响应、先进控制与优化、信息存储及读取、仪表维护、外部信息通信、仿真培训等需求,明确了控制室的总图位置、抗爆结构设计、安全、人性化设计、室内布置、消防要求等设计原则和技术要求,为石化装置控制室设计提供了全方位的技术保障.
Abstract
The main directions and key issues that need attention of various specialties in petrochemical installation control room design are introduced,the main tasks of each design phase are expounded in detail,the zoning requirements and design principles for control rooms are proposed.Considering the current demands such as production scheduling,data analysis,onsite monitoring,alarm and emergency response,advanced control and optimization,information storage and retrieval,instrument maintenance,external information communication,and simulation training for control room,the design principle and technical requirements of general layout,anti-explosion structural design,safety,humanization design,interior arrangement,and fire-fighting requirements of the control room are clarified.Comprehensive technical support for the design of petrochemical installation control rooms is provided.
