Design of a New Industrial Control System Based on Ethernet-APL
The two wire Ethernet Communication technology of Ethernet-APL is becoming the most promising field communication technology in the industrial field due to its power supply,high bandwidth,long-distance and explosion-proof design.Domestic industry chain is actively promoting the research and development of Ethernet-APL chips,instruments,switches and control systems.The possible application scenarios and corresponding system architectures of the new Ethernet-APL industrial control system is proposed from the perspective of industrial control systems.At the same time,design scheme for key technologies such as network load,real-time performance,network redundancy,and instrument IP allocation in the control system also have been proposed.With the promotion for the technology,it will be helpful for the realization of instrument intelligence and plant intelligence manufacture.
