摘要
基于文献调研和计量原理,从声速特性、信号特性和流动特性等三个方面建立超声流量计状态评价指标体系,采用云模型获取单一指标在不同状态等级下的隶属度,并通过组合权重加权获取综合隶属度,进而实现流量计状态等级的实时评估.结果表明,柔和系数法调和了主、客观权重结果,声速偏差、剖面系数和最大声速差对超声流量计状态的影响较大,扰动值和信号质量的影响较小;该模型可有效区分流量计的不同状态等级,与声速核查法相比,预警时间大幅提前.研究结果可为流量计的早期诊断和预防性维修提供理论参考.
Abstract
Based on literature research and metrology principles,the ultrasonic flowmeter status evaluation index system is established from three aspects,namely sound velocity characteristics,signal characteristics and flow characteristics.The membership degree of a single indicator under different status is obtained by using cloud model,and the comprehensive membership degree is obtained by combining weight weighting.Real-time evaluation of flowmeter status is realized in further.The results show that the soft coefficient method reconciles the subject and objective weight results.The sound velocity deviation,profile coefficient and maximum sound velocity difference have greater influence on the ultrasonic flowmeter status,while the disturbance value and signal quality have less influence.The model can distinguish the different status of the flowmeter effectively.Early warning time is much earlier than that of the sound velocity verification method.The research results can provide theoretical reference for early diagnosis and preventive maintenance of flowmeter.
