摘要
LNG接收站存在天然气泄漏和火灾爆炸等风险.分析了几种常见的可燃气体探测器的原理及优缺点,介绍了激光云台可燃气体探测器的原理、组成及选型要求.以某LNG接收站为例,分析了可燃气体探测器原布置方案在运行过程中存在的问题,提出了增设激光云台可燃气体探测器的优化方案.实际应用表明,激光云台可燃气体探测器作为现场可燃气体检测的补充技术手段,各项参数检测结果均满足设计要求,具备高准确性、高灵敏度、高安全性等优点,在LNG接收站气体泄漏探测领域具有良好的应用前景.
Abstract
There are risks of natural gas leakage,fire and explosion in LNG receiving terminal.The principles,advantages and disadvantages of several common combustible gas detectors are analyzed.The principle,composition and type selection requirements of laser cloud platform combustible gas detectors are introduced.Taking a certain LNG receiving terminal as an example,the problems existing in the process of operation of the original arrangement of the combustible gas detector are analyzed.The optimized scheme of adding a laser cloud platform combustible gas detector is given.The practical application shows that as a supplementary technical means of on-site combustible gas detection,the detection results of various parameters meet the design requirements,and have the advantages of high accuracy,high sensitivity and high safety.It has a good application prospect in the field of gas leakage detection in LNG receiving station.
