Design and Implementation of a Multi-parameter Online Monitoring System for Ion in Condensate from Refinery
Corrosive ions in condensate from refinery need to be monitored.Combined with the measurement principle of ion selective electrode,a multi-parameter online monitoring system for ion is designed.The design scheme is introduced from the aspects of measurement principle,technological process,measurement and control unit,system software platform.According to application requirements,the measurement accuracy and integrity performance are tested,the results show that system has advantages of high measurement accuracy and good stability,the system can provide guidance of anti-corrosion management and reducing the risk of equipment corrosion more quickly and accurately,the system has high popularization and application value.
