Application of Automation Control of Catalytical Cracking for Ethylene Installation Three Units
The three units of electrical machinery-axial flow main fan-flue gas turbine are the core devices of catalytical cracking for ethylene installation.It directly influences the stable operation and energy consumption of the process installation with high operation difficulty.The process control requirements of the main fan are introduced,through analyzing the operation characteristics of main fan and flue gas turbine,the performance control of the main fan and the automatic warm-up,speed rise and grid-connected control of the flue gas turbine are added,the automatic load control of the main fan and the one-key start of the flue gas turbine are successfully realized,and the expected results are achieved.Compared with manual operation,the function is more efficient,safe,reliable and humanized,which provides a strong guarantee for the efficient and stable operation of the installation.
