针对聚烯烃装置料仓气中的VOCs废气,采用蓄热氧化装置进行深度处理并实现达标排放.介绍了蓄热氧化装置和废气混合器的工作流程,提出了废气控制阀和混合气总烃分析仪的选型方案,以及混合气浓度控制方案,分析了蓄热氧化装置中仪表易发生故障的原因,给出了该装置气体混合器的优化联锁控制方案.应用优化后的控制方案,能够保证气体在混合前后总烃相等,根据低浓度废气的流量,达到精准控制高浓度废气流量的目的.
Adjustment Control Scheme and Application of a Gas Mixer
The heat storage oxidation installation is adopted to treat the VOCs exhaust gas in the silo gas of polyolefin installation in-depth,the emission standard is met.The process of the heat storage oxidation installation and gas mixer are introduced.The type selection scheme of exhaust gas control valve and the total hydrocarbon analyzer,and mixed gas concentration control scheme of the mixed gas are proposed.The reasons of the easily occurred fault for the instrument in the heat storage oxidation installation are investigated.The optimized interlock control scheme of the gas mixer is put forward.The application of the optimized control scheme can ensure the total hydrocarbon is equal before and after gas mixed.The flow of high-concentration exhaust gas can be accurately controlled according to the flow of low-concentration exhaust gas.
