热媒炉MPC控制器的设计与应用

热媒炉有扰动时反应滞后、出口温度影响因素多,常规的PID控制只能实现点对点的控制,在发生扰动时不能够及时调整,容易造成参数较大波动等问题.分析了智能控制器、出口温度MPC控制器、残氧量控制器的控制方式,基于工艺过程分析和数学建模,在PCU211智能控制器的平台上,利用MPC多变量预测控制算法建立热媒炉控制器,实现了出口温度和残氧量的精确控制,提高了装置的自动化水平,减轻了操作强度,提升了生产过程的平稳率.
Design and Application of MPC Controller for Heating Medium Furnace
The reaction of the heat medium furnace is lag when disturbance occurred and outlet temperature has multiple influence factors,the conventional PID control can only realizes peer to peer control,and can easily cause the problem of large fluctuation of parameter when disturbance occurred is not timely adjusted.Control scheme of intelligent controller,MPC controller of outlet temperature,residual oxygen content controller are analyzed.Based on process analysis and mathematical modeling,a heat medium furnace controller is established on the platform of the PCU211 intelligent controller using MPC multivariable predictive control algorithm.Precise control of outlet temperature and residual oxygen content controller are achieved,the automation of the device is improved,operational intensity is reduced,the smoothness of the production process is improved.
