摘要

长输管道运行安全日益受到国家和公众的关注,对于检测微小泄漏、定位精度的要求越来越高,研发高效、准确的泄漏检测技术非常必要.介绍了管道泄漏检测技术分类方法,重点介绍了负压波法、次声波法、分布式光纤检测技术、内检测技术和基于软件/算法模型的检测法,阐述了每种检测技术的检测特征、适用范围以及工程应用情况.基于API RP 1175:2015《管道泄漏管理程序》提出的管道泄漏检测技术综合评价指标,提出了现有管道泄漏检测技术的选定原则;最后,针对未来管道泄漏检测技术发展趋势和研究重点进行了分析和展望.

Abstract

The safety of long-distance transportation pipeline operation is increasingly receiving attention from the country and the public.The requirements for detecting tiny leakage and location accuracy are becoming higher and higher,it is highly necessary to develop efficient and accurate leakage detection technologies.The classification method of pipeline leakage detection technology is introduced.Focusing on negative pressure wave method,infrasound wave method,distributed fiber optic detection technology,internal detection technology,and detection methods based on software/algorithm models,the detection characteristics,applicable scope,and engineering applications of each detection technology are elaborated.Based on the comprehensive evaluation indicators of pipeline leakage detection technology proposed in the API RP 1175:2015 Pipeline leak detection-program management,the selection principles of existing pipeline leakage detection technologies are proposed.Finally,the development trend and research focus of future pipeline leakage detection technology are analyzed and outlooked.
