Study on Deformation Monitoring Technology of Desert Buried Bending Pipeline Based on Vibration Extraction
Aiming at deformation problem of the buried pipeline serving in the traveling sand dune area in the desert,a pipeline deformation monitoring technology based on vibration extraction is proposed.First, the deformation characteristics of the buried pipeline in the desert is analysed, and the finite element model of the buried pipeline in the desert is established;then the modal analysis of the bending pipeline under the action of fluid-solid coupling based on ANSYS is performed;finally, the abnormal vibration signal at pipeline bending deformation is collected with distributed optical-fiber sensing technology. The research results show that when the buried pipeline is bent and deformed due to the displacement of sand dunes, the internal fluid will couple with the pipe body at the bending deformation and cause abnormal vibration there. The vibration monitoring can be realized by collecting the abnormal signal through distributed optical fiber sensing technology.Pipeline deformation monitoring can be realized with combination of feature extraction and support vector machine.
