Study on the Reliable Maintenance Strategy for Programable Ball Valve for S Zorb Installation Lock Hopper
Aiming at the fault of the programmable ball valve of the locked hopper system of S Zorb device which leads to the frequent shutdown of the locked hopper, the valve body, echo device, actuator and solenoid valve as subsystems are investigated with the potential failure mode and effect analysis method(FMEA),and based on the reliability-centered maintenance(RCM)logic determination, the maintenance strategy of each subsystem of the programmable ball valve is programmed. The practicable application results indicate the operational reliability of the program-controlled ball valve is improved, and reduces the unplanned outage of the locked hopper system is reduced.
