摘要
通过调研国内外主流厂商压裂机组控制系统技术进展和应用现状,依次对比了各厂家单机设备控制和机组集中智能控制水平,分析了当前阻碍压裂机组控制系统智能化发展的主要问题,并提出相应建议.研究结果表明:国内压裂机组控制技术与国外同类厂家技术并无明显差距,整体技术正向电驱化、混合化、无线化、可视化、智能化发展.研究结果为进一步推动中国压裂机组智能化水平提供借鉴.
Abstract
The technological progress and application status of fracturing unit control systems from mainstream domestic and foreign manufacturers are studied and researched.The single machine equipment control and centralized intelligent control of units from various manufacturers are compared.The main problems that currently hinder the intelligent development of fracturing unit control systems are analyzed,and some suggestions are propounded.The conclusion indicates that there is no significant difference in the control technology of domestic fracturing units compared to similar foreign manufacturers.The overall technology is developing towards electrification,hybridization,wireless,visualization and intelligence.The reference can be provided to improve intellectualization of fracturing unit in China.
