摘要
安全仪表系统(SIS)是保护层分析模型中重要的独立保护层,承担一定的风险削减任务.安全完整性等级(SIL)验证属于SIS验证,是SIS安全生命周期中的在特定阶段的SIS验证活动,目的是确保SIS工程设计满足要求,保证SIS可以实现要求的目标.为设计符合要求的SIS,应开展SIL验证.介绍了 SIL验证相关的基本概念,提出了 SIL验证的要求,并对SIL验证相关的若干问题进行了探讨.
Abstract
The safety instrumented system(SIS)is an important independent protection layer in the protection layer analysis model,and undertakes certain risk reduction tasks.Safety integrity level(SIL)verification belongs to SIS verification and is a specific stage of SIS verification activity in SIS safety lifecycle.It aims at ensuring that the SIS engineering design meets the requirements,and SIS can achieve the required objectives.To design SIS that meets the requirements,SIL verification should be carried out.The basic concepts related to SIL verification is introduced.The requirements for SIL verification are proposed.Several issues related to SIL verification are explored.
