油气站场可燃气体探测器布置优化技术研究

由于油气具有易燃、易爆特性,通过在油气站场内设置可燃气体探测器,可以实时监测站内油气泄漏,有效预防事故的发生.在融合泄漏源参数集合和风场参数集合的基础上,将累积泄漏频率90%对应的场景数量定义为典型场景,以此替代全部泄漏场景,结合数值模拟确定站场内可燃气体的扩散范围及危害区域,通过区域分块划分,优化了不同设备及站场的传感器布置方案.结果表明:通过筛选,原站场44个主要设备对应的泄漏场景数量减少了 58.9%,大幅降低了后续计算难度;站场需设置45个传感器即可保证在覆盖高风险泄漏区域的同时,减少传感器的冗余配置.研究结果可为油气站场泄漏事故的应急预警提供实际参考.
Research on Optimization Technology of Combustible Gas Detector Layout in Oil and Gas Station
Due to the characteristics of combustible and explosive,through setting combustible gas detector in the oil-gas station,the oil-gas leakage can be monitored in-real time to prevent incidents efficiently.Based on the integration of the leakage source parameter setting and the wind field parameter setting,the number of scenarios corresponding to the cumulative leakage probability of 90%is defined as typical scenarios to replace all leakage scenarios.Combined with numerical simulation,the diffusion range and harm area of combustible gas in the station can be determined,and the detector layout schemes of different equipment and stations are optimized through regional block division.The results show that by screening,and the number of leakage scenescorresponding to 44 main equipment in the original station is reduced by 58.9%,which greatly reduces the difficulty of subsequent calculation.45 detectors in the station are required to ensure coverage of high-risk leakage areas while reducing sensor redundancy.The research results can provide practical reference for the emergency early warning of oil and gas station leakage accidents.
