摘要
天然气计量是天然气企业进行贸易交接、经济分析、成本核算的主要依据,计量的准确度将直接影响天然气企业的经济效益与用户利益.根据某环状天然气管网运行情况,对依托该管网建设的直排型检定站进行了气源压力和流量的模拟水利计算分析,并提出满足检定规程的管网运行条件;同时,还提出了提高流量计检定结果准确性的技术措施,并给出了类似直排型检定站选址、设计、运行等方面的建议.
Abstract
Natural gas measurement is the main basis to carry out trade handover,economic analysis and cost accounting for natural gas enterprises.The accuracy of measurement will directly affect the economic benefits of natural gas enterprises and users.Based on the operation condition for a ring-shaped natural gas pipeline network,simulated hydraulic calculation analysis of gas source pressure and flow at a bypass calibration station supported on the pipeline network are conducted.Operational conditions for the pipeline network to comply with calibration regulations are proposed.Simultaneously,technical measures to enhance the precision of flowmeter calibration outcomes are proposed,recommendations for site selection,design and operation of analogous bypass calibration stations are provided.
