摘要
智能化安全仪表系统(SIS)组态数据迁移技术的出现,为解决SIS更新问题提供了高效途径.介绍了 SIS国产化改造过程中存在的问题,提出了 SIS国产化改造目标,阐述了 SIS国产化改造组态智能化迁移的方案.以某大型烯烃厂气化装置SIS国产化改造中的应用为例,展示了智能SIS组态迁移技术的实用性和高效率,为工业安全领域的技术更新提供了有力支持.
Abstract
The emergence of intelligent safety instrumented system(SIS)configuration migration technology provides an efficient solution to solves SIS updating issues.The problem encountered during SIS localization transformation are introduced.The SIS localization transformation target is proposed.The intelligent migration scheme of SIS localization transformation configuration is expounded.Taking SIS localization transformation in one large-scale ethylene plant gasification installation as the case,the practicability and high efficiency of the intelligent SIS configuration migration technology is demonstrated,which provides strong support for technological updating in the field of industrial safety.
