基于无人机的天然气管道巡检系统研究

在长输天然气管道巡检过程中,往往存在地形复杂、巡线距离长、人工巡检效率低等问题,紧急情况发生时人员无法快速到达指定地点.结合无人机飞行技术、泄漏检测技术、地表微变形检测技术、图像识别技术、通信技术等,开发了基于无人机的天然气管道巡检系统,介绍了该系统的架构,给出了该系统中无人机巡检综合管理平台的总体设计和软件平台的功能设计,实现对无人机巡检全流程管理,并通过现场应用,验证了该系统的可行性.
Research on Natural Gas Pipeline Patrol Inspection System Based on UAV
During the patrol inspection of long-distance natural gas pipelines,there are often problems such as complex terrain,long inspection distances,low efficiency of labor patrol inspections,etc.,patrol personnel can't quickly reach designated locations in case of emergencies.Combining with unmanned aerial vehicle technology(UAV),leakage detection technology,surface micro deformation detection technology,image recognition technology,communication technology,etc.,a natural gas pipeline patrol inspection system is developed based on UVA,the frame of the system is introduced,the overall design of the drone patrol inspection comprehensive management platform and the function design of the software platform in the system are provided.The full process management of UAV patrol inspection are realized.The feasibility of the system is verified through on-site application.
