摘要

传统的水质分析实验室高度依赖人工操作,存在检测分析效率低、安全风险高、实验稳定性差等问题,基于上述问题设计了 1套水质智能分析系统,介绍了该智能分析系统的工作流程、硬件及软件设置.该系统能够自动分析水中化学需氧量(COD)、pH值、电导率、氨氮、总氮等项目,实现3 h以内完成试样区分、送达、分析,数据上传至实验室信息管理系统(LIMS),大幅缩短了实验周期.

Abstract

The traditional water quality analysis laboratory is highly dependent on manual operation,and has some problems such as low detection and analysis efficiency,high safety risk and poor experimental stability.Based on above problems,a whole process unmanned water quality intelligent analysis system is designed.The working process,hardware and software settings of the intelligent analysis system are introduced.The application of the system has realized the automatic analysis of chemical oxygen demand(COD),pH,conductivity,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and other items in the water quality.The implementation of sample separation,delivery,analysis and data uploading to laboratory information management system(LIMS)within 3 hours are realized.The experiment cycle is greatly shortened.
