摘要

在大型炼化一体化企业中,面临着众多在线分析仪管理困难和维护成本高昂的问题.为了实现石化企业在线分析仪数字化和智能化管理目标,基于在线分析新技术、大数据、信息技术,设计了在线分析仪管理系统(AMADAS),深入分析了该系统的网络架构和功能.该系统在某炼化一体化项目实际应用表明,仪表管理人员可以通过中心控制室或各装置工程师站,实现对在线分析仪的远程监控和运维,同时总结了该系统实践经验.最后,展望了该系统持续优化的方向.

Abstract

In large-scale refining and petrochemical integrated enterprises,it is encountered with the difficulties of managing numerous online analyzers and the problem of high maintenance costs.To achieve the goal of digitalization and intelligent management of online analyzers in petrochemical enterprises,an analyzer management and data acquisition system(AMADAS)is designed on the basis of online analysis technology,big data,information technology.The network architecture and function of the system are deeply analyzed.After the actual application of the system in a petrochemical integrated project,result shows that instrument engineers can achieve remote monitoring and maintenance of the online analyzers through the central control room or the engineer stations of each device.The practical experience of the system has been summarized.Finally,the direction for continuous optimization of the system is outlined.
