摘要

随着国家管网集团公司的成立,天然气长输管道组网逐渐完成,结束了天然气长输管道各自为营的局面,因此优化管理模式、合理配置管理资源成为目前急需解决的问题.主要介绍了国内外天然气长输管道无人值守站场的发展现状,对比了国内外无人值守站场的差异,从建立完备的站场无人值守运维管理体系,提升站场硬件水平,提升站场管理人员水平,充分利用大数据物联网技术等方面,给出了国内天然气长输管道无人值守站场的发展优化建议.

Abstract

With the establishment of the National Pipeline Network Co.Ltd.,the networking of long-distance natural gas pipelines has gradually been completed,which ending the situation where long-distance natural gas pipelines are operated independently.Optimizing management modes and allocating management resources reasonably become urgent problems that need to be solved at present.The current development status of unmanned stations for natural gas long-distance pipelines at home and abroad is mainly introduced,the differences between unmanned stations at home and abroad are compared,and optimization suggestions are provided for the development of unmanned stations for natural gas long-distance pipelines in China from the aspects of establishing a complete unmanned operation and maintenance management system for stations,improving the hardware level of stations,enhancing the level of station management personnel,and fully utilizing big data IoT technology.
