摘要
某公司汽轮机发电原机组控制系统使用年限较长,卡件故障率逐年升高;基于该控制系统调节阀门静态实验过程中,阀门指令与反馈偏差较大,阀门控制曲线存在毛刺.采用TCS-900控制系统进行替换,该控制系统采用自主研发的三重化冗余(TMR)和硬件容错(HIFT)的安全控制技术,介绍了新控制系统的数字电液控制系统(DEH)的原理及试车流程,通过应用表明,新控制系统提升了 DEH、紧急跳闸系统(ETS)的稳定性的同时,满足了机组控制高精度的要求,系统硬件结构安全可靠,软件操作方式合理,硬件诊断维护便利.
Abstract
The original control system of steam turbine generator unit has a long service life,and the failure rate of the cards increase year by year,during the static experiment when adjusting the valve,there is a significant deviation between the valve command and feedback,and there is burrs in the valve control curve.The system is replaced by TCS-900 control system,which adopts the independent research and development of triple modular redundancy(TMR)and hardware fault tolerance(HIFT)safety control technology,and the principle and testing process of the digital electro-hydraulic control system(DEH)of the new control system are introduced,the stability of DEH,emergency trip system(ETS)are improved.Application shows high precision requirements of unit control are met,the system hardware structure is safe and reliable,software operation mode is reasonable,hardware diagnosis maintenance is convenient.
