天然气实流检定站循环风机的设计选型及建模技术研究

摘要
环道检定技术因具有不依赖于上下游管网工况、检定压力可自由切换等优势,已成为当今国内外流量计量领域的主流发展方向.循环风机是天然气环道检定站的核心装置,通过研究环道检定装置中循环风机的选型及关键技术参数,确定检定站循环风机的类型,并搭建数据模型,检验循环风机运行状态下的压力变化是否满足检定需求,为环道检定站的建设提供技术支撑.
Abstract
Due to the advantages of not relying on upstream and downstream pipeline conditions,and free switching of calibration pressure,loop calibration technology has become the mainstream development direction in the field of flow metering at home and abroad.Circulating fans are the core device of natural gas loop calibration stations,the selection and key technical parameters of the circulating fan in the loop calibration device is studied,the type of circulating fan for the calibration station is determined and a data model is built to verify whether the pressure changes can meet the calibration requirements during the operation of the circulating fan,technical support for the construction of the loop calibration station is provided.
