Practice of Accurate Temperature Control for Cold Ethylene Glycol TCU Set
The internal process of cold ethylene glycol temperature control unit(TCU)is introduced.Combining with the problems encountered in debugging process,such as low flow for the circulation pump,the influence of heat exchange area for reactor temperature rising,interlocking and interlocking logic are set up to avoid safety accidents and equipment damage.According to the production requirements of chemical synthetic active pharmaceutical ingredients(API)reactor,four temperature control modes are designed,including jacket temperature control,constant temperature control,multi-stage temperature control and gradient temperature control in the reactor.The scheme to realize accurate temperature control are put forward,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
